Dr. Elizabeth MacGregor is a licensed professional counselor with extensive expertise in psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, and trauma counseling. She is uniquely qualified to support individuals and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, and relationship struggles.
A proud member of the American Association for Counseling & Development, Dr. MacGregor holds a Master’s in Counseling & Guidance from NYU and a Doctorate in Counseling from Yeshiva University. She is also a Diplomate in Trauma Counseling, bringing advanced knowledge and compassion to every session.
Elizabeth integrates a variety of evidence-based techniques—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, DBT, psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and relational therapy. This personalized approach ensures that every client receives the most effective treatment for their unique situation.
